Penggunaan perkhidmatan ISE adalah tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat berikut; The usage of ISE Services are subjected to the terms and conditions as follows;

1.	Butir-butir peribadi dan perkhidmatan yang terkandung di dalam sistem ini akan diperlakukan sebagai maklumat sulit. Walaubagaimanapun IKMAL tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya timbul kesulitan dari penyalahgunaan maklumat di luar kawalan IKMAL All personal details and services contained in this system will be kept confidential. However, IKMAL shall not be held responsible to any abuse of information beyond the control and management of IKMAL.
2.	Bayaran perkhidmatan ISE adalah sebanyak RM20.00 untuk kelasi dan RM40.00 untuk pegawai. Sila bayar melalui wang pos kepada "Institut Kelautan Malaysia", selewat-lewatnya 14 hari dari tarikh permohonan dibuat. Service charge of RM20.00 for ratings and RM40.00 for officers will be incurred for all using ISE services.
